As soon as we print your shipping label, an automatic notification will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. This will let you know that your order is ready to be shipped and provide you with your tracking number. The link to track your package will activate once it is registered at the post office within 24 hours.

Note: In rare cases, a delivery scan may be entered into the system before the item is delivered. If you cannot locate the item using the tips above, please allow 24 hours for updates or final delivery.
If you’ve taken these steps and are still unable to locate your package, please contact info@lift-innovations.com. We will then start the process of filing a claim with the carrier to try to track down your order. This is not an instant process as their response times typically range from 30 to 60 days. We will do our best to locate your package and will assist as best as we can. Solutions will depend on the situation and will be determined on a case by case basis.
You can update your shipping address at any time prior to your order going out the door. All you have to do is email info@lift-innovations.com the subject line “Address Change”. Please have your old address listed for reference, as well as the updated address you would like your order to be shipped to.
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States.
If your country is not listed, feel free to email info@lift-innovations.com with your request. We have plans to expand our shipping regions in the future and your feedback will help us determine where to expand next.

Shipping to USA and Canada is free. International shipping rates vary depending on your location and items ordered.
Please check your country's import policies to determine if a tax or duty fee applies to you.
We are currently working on a way for our customers to avoid these extra charges but know that they may exist upon delivery.

Soaking in 99% isopropyl alcohol is the only cleaner we reccomend. The grinder and it's parts are dishwasher safe, except when used with caustic detergents. For full instructions on how to use, clean and assemble your grinder please watch our video here!
