Frequently Asked Questions

Your order will ship the same business day of purchase (before 1pm Central time). You will receive your tracking information via email as soon as your order is ready to ship. The link to track your package will activate within 24 hours of it being registered with the shipping carrier.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Average transit times:

Canada: 6 business days

United States: 8-10 business days

International: 15 business days*

*Please keep in mind that items sent internationally must first clear customs. Depending upon volumes, delays may occur. We cannot intervene in the customs process nor can the postal administration of the destination country.

In most cases, orders that have passed the expected delivery time have arrived within 2 weeks after expected. 

If your order hasn't arrived within 2 weeks after expected delivery, let us know by selecting the "Contact Us" option below and we will file a claim* with the shipping carrier to investigate and solve the issue.

*Response times for claims made to the shipping carrier is between 30 to 60 days

Note: In rare cases, a delivery scan may be entered into the system before the item is delivered. If you cannot locate the item using the tips above, please allow 24 hours for updates or final delivery.

If you’ve taken these steps and are still unable to locate your package, please let us know by selecting the "Contact Us" option below. We will file a claim with the carrier to track down your order. This is not an instant process as the carrier's response times range from 30 to 60 days. Solutions will depend on the situation and will be determined on a case by case basis.

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States.

In order for customers to receive their order safely, we prefer to understand each country's policies. A solution for this would be to have your order shipped to a friend or family member in one of the countries we ship to and have them send it to you. You can also arrange for a 3rd party company to receive the order and ship the items to you.
